Steps to Check CSP Version

Plug your Token in PC
Connect your old Token (ePass Auto, Proxkey or mToken) in PC USB port.
Make sure Drivers Installed
Make sure Drivers software of USB Token is Installed.

Checking CSP Version in Watchdata PROXKEY Token

Run the diagnostic tool through the “run as administrator” tool and you will get the CSP name details. 

If CSP NAME is 2.0 (as shown in image) then you can use old token, to download new DSC.

Checking CSP Version in ePass 2003 Token

Install the E-pass token driver and after login to the epass token, you will get CSP version details.

If CSP VERSION is 2.0 (as shown in image) then you can use old token, to download new DSC.

Checking CSP Version in mToken

Install the mtoken driver, open the mtoken utility, and click on the ‘Token'. If the user name in the manufacturer (longmai TMS) is highlighted, that means it’s the new version token and only that version token is used.

You can use such mTokens to download your new DSC
