​What is Paperless DSC Issuance?

This facility is enabled for applying Digital Signature Certificates (DSC) in a paperless manner using “PAN” OR “Aadhaar Paperless Offline eKYC” for Indian Nationals.

For offline Aadhaar based eKYC process, subscriber’s mobile number must be linked to Aadhaar. To download your “Aadhaar Paperless Offline eKYC”, please follow the steps provided below:

Step – 1

Open the below given UIDAI government website link:

Step – 2

On the eKYC page, enter your 12-digit Aadhaar number (or 16 digit Virtual ID) and the Security CAPTCHA code, and then click on ‘Send OTP’ button. You will get an OTP on your REGISTERED mobile number.

** NOTE:

1). For offline Aadhaar based eKYC process, subscriber’s mobile number must be linked to Aadhaar.

2). If you DO NOT receive the OTP, then update your mobile number either on UIDAI website, or from any nearest aadhaar enrolment center.

3). If you DO NOT receive the OTP, and need the DSC at the earliest, then opt for the ‘PAN Based’ DSC Issuance.

Step – 3

After clicking on ‘Send OTP’, you will get 2options to fill:

1). Share Code –

Create a Share Code of 4 Characters to secure your Paperless Offline eKYC. It is important for Aadhaar Number holder to remember this Share Code as it will be required to unlock the ZIP file.

2). OTP / TOTP –

As received on your REGISTERED mobile number.

After filling the above 2 fields, click on the ‘Download’ button. If all the details entered are correct, this will download a ZIP file on your device/desktop.

To get the DSC issued, you will have to share the ZIP file, the Share Code and registered mobile number on our website.
